Description

This is an easy means for drawing a waves like the water surface. it is undertakes a difficult work in handmade. This plug-in generate texture between foreground color and background color. Menu path is Filters -> Render -> Nature -> Water Surface

How to build

Usually do it as follows, it require development environment of GIMP plug-ins. 
gimptool --build wsurface-1.7.c
install wsurface-1.7 ~/.gimp-1.2/plug-ins/wsurface
NLS flag and values. 
 -DENABLE_NLS
 -DLOCALEDIR=\"/usr/share/locale\"
 -DPACKAGE=\"gimp-plugins\"
gimp-plugins-das.pot
